The stress is the simple thing that people have to face in daily life. Stress affects almost everyone, from the highly pressureed executive to the student. The stress also cause a variety of physical disorders such as headaches or stomach ulcers. However, when i study this lesson, I can learned what is stress and how to controlled it.
First, I learned to take up a hobby to cope with the stress. This is one of the good way to use when you're very serious. A hobby such as painting the picture or playing video games can help you feel relaxed.
Second, I can learned to take care of the health when I have to face with the stress. Because stress can cause many health problems such as stomach ulcers. So, Iearned to eat on time although I'm not hungry. Normally, when people are stressful, they will not hungry because the brian will order the body to alert all the time. So, you will feel like you're not hungry but in fact your stomach is digesting and it can cause the stomach ulcers.
Finally, I learned to think positive. Thinking positive is the best way to cope with the stress. Because if you're think in negative way, it can't help you feel better on the other hand you will feel much more serious. For example, when you do the homework and you think that it's very difficult, you will feel like you don't want to do it anymore but if youb try to think that there's nothing that you can't do, you will success not only your homework but also everything in your life.
In conclusion, I can learned many things from this lesson. I can learned the stress can cause many health problems to our body. However, the stress in daily life life can be controlled by following the instructions above. If you can cope with the stress, you will be able to control the source of problems and enjoy your healthy life.
